Terms and Conditions: 100% of the booking fee must be paid within 2 weeks after the date of invoice in accordance with this application form. This booking may only be cancelled by notifying Organisers. All cancellations MUST be confirmed in writing no later than three weeks before the event. A cancellation fee of 50% will apply. No refunds will be made for cancellations in the three weeks prior to the event. A substitute attendee may be sent, in which case no cancellation charges will apply. Payment must be received on or prior to the event. Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the event and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
